Dr. Julio A. Calderin was born in Puerto Rico, where he graduated magna cum laude from the Universidad Central del Caribe’s Medical School, before completing his General Surgery residency at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Science Campus, as well as a Vascular Surgery fellowship at the North Shore University Hospital in Long Island, NY in 2010.

After completing his training, Dr. Calderin moved to Texas and then to Pennsylvania, where he practiced Vascular Surgery and was able to grow both programs significantly. He eventually came to Central Florida and opened Soleil Surgical LLC, a multidisciplinary private practice and a Non Invasive Vascular Lab.

Dr. Kevin Zasada graduated from the prestigious Dr. William M. School of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in North Chicago, Illinois. He then completed a three-year surgical residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Thereafter, he moved to Orlando where he worked with a family practice group prior to opening Modern Podiatry, and joined our practice in July of 2019. He has privileges at the Florida Hospital of Kissimmee and HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. Dr. Zasada is originally from Illinois and is an avid Chicago Bears, Cubs, and Blackhawks fan. He currently resides in Orlando with his wife and daughters.
